Purified Water, Avena Sativa Extract, Pumpkin seed oil, Vitamin E Acetate, Zinc Gluconate, Ginko Biloba Extract, Kava Kava (Piper Methysticum) Extract, Progesterone USP Micronized, Damiana Extract (Turnera diffusa), Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng and Yohembie).

Directions:

Apply one pump (10 mg.) to thin-skinned areas of the body (neck, face, inner arm, scrotum, ankles). ¼ tsp equals 10 mg of progesterone. Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5-day break. Repeat monthly.
